While working on a different project, I got the idea to create a budgeting app because I needed it. While doing some research we realised that most budgeting apps focus on those with debt problems, so they tailor their products in ways to help those track their spenditures. But there was not a clear filosophy in the product design. With this in mind, we did some research and I decided to use the zero based budgeting system with the goal of creating different savings accounts for different purposes.
Problem Statement
The idea is to create a zero based budgeting system that’s secure and easy to use.
Goals
- Goal number one is to build a user friendly interface where people can also create savings accounts.
- Goal number two if to make the app secure against hacks and I decide not to connect it to bank accounts.
- Goal number three is to provide users with content to help them live a financially disciplined lifestyle and achieve their other goals.
